About the position:

As Production Engineer, you will mainly work with the development and streamlining of production equipment. Furthermore, you will develop and implement preventive maintenance. You will also have the privilege of starting and driving digitalization at our facility as well as opportunities for training or skills development in the area. Support for our creative and ambitious operators in production is also an important part of your everyday life. We are a small unit where it is obvious for all of us to be prepared to help each other in all tasks that occur. We work in an international environment with English as the main language.

The position as Production Engineer is a permanent full-time position at Blue Ocean Closures starting as agreed.

About you:

We believe that you have a technical education at university level as a mechanical engineer or have acquired equivalent knowledge through professional life. It is important that you are process-oriented and have a few years of experience from the industry. The role with us requires that you are comfortable speaking and writing in English. You have an interest in working with digitalization and experience in the field is meriting. You are hands on and practical, driven by finding solutions.

As a person, you are empathetic and have great integrity with a sense of processes and details. As we are a small team looking to grow, it is important that you can work with and strengthen the small group while also wanting to be part of the journey towards a larger company. Of course, you have a strong commitment to sustainability.
